  • 1. Where to locate herbs & spices as not available at Coles & Woolworths?

    You should be able to purchase most our herb and spice range  through IGA stores in your local area.  Coles and Woolworths have recently made the decision to move to a single supplier for Herbs & Spices and unfortunately this was not McCormick Foods.

    As we supply directly to the retailer's  distribution centre, we do not have access to product availability at store level. As such it might be worth calling your local IGA store to make sure they have the product in stock.

  • 2. Gluten Free Listing

    Unfortunately we do not have a list of our gluten free products.  If a product contains gluten, it must be clearly stated on the label and this is the best guide.

    This information is also included on our website under 'our products' and double click on the product and this will show all the ingredient statement.

  • 3. Imported Ingredients

    Most of the ingredients used in manufacturing are from local suppliers , however depending on availability at time of manufacture and pricing, the sourcing of these ingredients may also be imported. There are no specific details we can provide as the purchasing of our raw materials, ingredients and packaging is ever changing.

  • 4. Deleted Products

    We would like to to have all our products available for purchase to give our consumers a choice in the brands they wish to buy in the marketplace. However, the final decsion in ranging a product is made by the retailers/supermarkets and when a product is made obsolete by the retailers, unfortunately it's manufacture aslo gets discontinued.

  • 5. Donations and Sample Stock

    As you can well appreciate we have many requests for donations.  As such we have had to develop a policy that unfortunately must be fairly stringent in its interpretation.

    McCormick Foods Australia has agreed to sponsor or donate foods to organisations, schools, etc. whose projects are involved in and around our local community. Many of our workers come from the surrounding area and it is to these causes that we contribute.

  • 6. Fast Food Sauces

    Unfortunately the products we make for Fast Food outlets are contract blends and cannot be sold to our consumers as they under the Outlets proprietary Limited Formulation Agreement. Consumers would need to speak with the Head Office of the fast Food outlet to see if they are available for individual sale.

  • 7. On Line and Direct Ordering

    Unfortunately, we are not currently set up to sell directly to consumers at this stage or on -line. Our Marketing Department are looking into the development of on line ordering however are still in the early stages of verifying is this process is a viable option for our brand and company moving forward.

  • 8. McCormick Brands

    We have many brands under the McCormick Banner and we also distribute for other suppliers such Hermesetas and Cake Mate.Some of our more popular products include: Keen's Mustards and Curry Powders, Dinner Winner, Rice-A-Riso, Slow Cooker & sachets and our great range of Herbs and Spices. We aslo manufacture Aeroplane Jelly locally and distribute this iconic brand nationally.

  • 9. Customer Service

    We have a dedicated Customer Service team, who are able to be contacted weekdays between 9.00am and 4.00pm (AESTD times). They will be able to assist you with general queries on product availability, product knowledge, information and instructions, great recipe ideas and help you may need regarding our brands. We have a toll free number you can contact us on 1800 802 223 and even leave a message after hours. Our Customer Service are assured to get back to you within 24 hrs to assist with you query.   • 10. Quality Assurance

    Most of our products are manufactured on site and adhere to strict quality measures to ensure we produce a product that is of the highest calibre. We have documented processes and meet the Australian Food Standards code and are regulatory within the Food Manufacturing Industry.
