You should be able to purchase products from the McCormick Herb and Spice range through your local IGA stores. However, unfortunately we cannot control product availability at store level; as such it might be worth calling your local store to check ranging.
McCormick's KEEN'S Curried Sausages Recipe Base is back in Woolworths! Available now in the Recipe Bases aisle.
Our KEEN'S Curried Sausages Meal Base is also available in Woolworths. You will find it in the Cook In Sauces section, usually closer to pasta and pasta sauces.
The packaging of the product is always the best guide. If a product contains gluten it must be stated on the packaging.
McCormick Foods have a worldwide ingredient sourcing policy, driven by ingredient quality, seasonality and availability. Wherever possible we endeavour to utilise ingredients from local suppliers. No matter where the product is sourced it is of the highest quality and is monitored to the highest food safety standards.
It is the retailers who decide which products go to their individual stores, and as such can be difficult to provide specific details of which shops stock our products. However if you do have a specific product in mind that you can’t find, please contact our Customer Service team, as they may be able to provide you with further information.
As you can well appreciate we have many requests for donations. McCormick Foods Australia chooses to sponsor or donate product to organisations, schools, etc. whose projects are involved in and around our local community. Many of our workers come from the surrounding area and it is to these causes that we contribute. If you would like to submit a request for donation, please contact our Customer Service team.
Unfortunately the products we make for Fast Food outlets are proprietary and cannot be sold to individuals or businesses. Consumers would need to contact the relevant outlet directly with such a request.
Delivering top tier financial performance while doing what’s right for people, communities where we live, work and source, and the planet we all share continues to be a core principle in how McCormick operates. Aligned with the UN Sustainable Development goals, McCormick has developed environmental goals related to our packaging. Click here to see our full PLP report.
As a signatory to the Australian Packaging Covenant and with partnerships like ARL and REDcycle, McCormick Australia has been able to make significant progress toward our goals through activities such as material substitution, including removal of problematic materials like PVC sleeves, and light weighting of packaging.
On 9 November 2022, McCormick’s partner REDcycle announced the pause of its soft plastic, back-to-store collection programme due to industry-wide recycling challenges. This means that until further notice, consumers using products with McCormick packaging featuring the REDcycle logo with recycling directions on pack should disregard those printed directions and place the packaging in standard rubbish bins for recycling. For more information on REDcycle and the pause of the programme, please refer to redcycle.net.au
McCormick remains committed to our packaging roadmap and working with industry, customers, government and consumers to deliver the sustainable development goals.
