Ingredients
Directions
  1. Preheat your grill to MEDIUM heat. Meanwhile, in a bowl combine all ingredients for the burger patties until well incorporated. Separate beef into four portions and form into patties that are about ½-inch wider than your burger bun.
  2. In a medium pan over MED-HIGH heat, fry bacon until cooked. Remove bacon and drain onto a paper towel-lined plate.
  3. Crack the four eggs into the hot bacon grease and fry until the whites are cooked, but the yolks are still runny, about 2-3 minutes. Remove fried eggs from pan.
  4. Lightly grease your Grill before placing burger patties down. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes (or until cooked to your liking), flipping occasionally. Top each patty with cheese during the last few minutes of cooking. Remove burgers from grill when cheese is melty and burger is cooked to your preference.
  5. Assemble your Burger: add tomato sauce and mustard to bottom half of bun. Add your lettuce and then a thick slice of tomato. Layer with pineapple, beetroot, onion, burger patty, bacon and finally the fried egg. Enjoy!
Recipe Tip

** If you like, you can grill your onions and pineapple rings. — Take a toothpick and push it through the side of the onion slices to hold the rings together on the grill. Brush the onion slices and pineapple rings with a little olive oil and grill until you get nice grill marks.
