Marinate ribs in the BBQ sauce for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
Preheat oven to 150°C and bake covered with foil for 2 ½ - 3 hours, until tender.
Remove ribs, slice and serve with baked potatoes, sour cream and chives
Recipe Tip
If desired, after roasting ribs, place on a HOT grill of your BBQ, turning and basting with the additional BBQ sauce, until lightly charred and sticky (10-15mins).
