500 g beef or veal mince
2 tbsp
KEEN'S Traditional Curry Powder
1 carrot, grated
1/2 cup corriander
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp oil
Directions
Mix together mince, KEEN’S curry powder, carrot, coriander, egg and breadcrumbs in a large bowl. Roll mixture into 12 equal portions.
Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry meatballs on low heat for 8-10 minutes on each side.

Serving suggestion: Serve with a green salad.
