6 hard-boiled eggs, shelled

KEEN'S Traditional Curry Powder
1/4 cup natural yoghurt
2 tbsp finely chopped chives, plus extra for garnish
McCormick Adjustable Grinder Sea Salt
McCormick Adjustable Grinder Black Peppercorns
To Serve
fresh chives, finely chopped
Directions
Cut each hard-boiled egg in half lengthways.
Scoop out the egg yolk and place into a bowl with the
KEEN’S Curry Powder
, yoghurt and chives. Mix together well and season to taste with
McCormick Sea Salt
and
Black Pepper
.
Spoon the egg mix back into the boiled egg halves, garnish with chives.
