Directions
  -  Combine the pork, onion, carrot, coriander, KEEN’S curry powder and garlic. 
-  Heat the oil in a large frypan on medium and then cook the pork mixture with 1/3 cup of water, stirring until the water has evaporated. 
-  Fill 12 lettuce leaves with pork mixture and then garnish with the spring onions and coriander. Cover with the remaining 12 lettuce leaves and serve.
