Preheat air fryer to 205°C. Place wedges on a plate, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 4 minutes then set aside.
Place all spices in a small bowl and stir well to combine.
Place wedges in a large bowl, drizzle over the oil and toss. Sprinkle over the seasoning mixture and toss to coat wedges well.
Place wedges in pre heated air fryer basket and air fry for 12-15 minutes or until crisp and cooked through.
Serve with garlic sauce, mango chutney, or your choice of dipping sauce.
Recipe Tip
- Delicious on sweet potato wedges too.
- This recipe is also oven friendly. Bake prepared wedges in a 200°C oven for 15 -20 minutes or until crisp and cooked through.
