Directions
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and cook beef and onion for 5 minutes or until browned well. Add KEEN’S Curry Powder and cook stirring for 1 minute, add potatoes and stir well to coat.
Stir in chopped tomatoes and remaining tomato liquid, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until potato is tender.
Serve with rice, minted yoghurt and curry leaves.

Potato can be substituted or added to, with other vegetables, like sweet potato, green beans or cauliflower.
