Preheat oven to 200°C. Line two baking trays with greaseproof paper.
Combine sausage mince, KEEN’S mustard powder, onion, carrot, zucchini, breadcrumbs, 1 egg and McCormick Garlic Powder. Season to taste and mix well.
Cut each pastry sheet in half and shape the sausage mixture into 8 tubes and place one in the centre of each cut pastry sheet.
Wrap pastry around the sausage mix, brush edges with remaining beaten egg and enclose. Repeat. Cut each roll into 6, brush with more egg and sprinkle over the sesame and poppy seeds.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and cooked through.

Serving suggestion: Serve with spicy tomato sauce by mixing ½ cup of tomato sauce with 2 tsp KEEN’S mustard powder.
