500 g lamb mince
1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp
KEEN'S Mustard Powder
1/2 tsp
McCormick Adjustable Grinder Sea Salt
1 tsp
McCormick Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp
McCormick Allspice Ground
2 tsp
McCormick Paprika Ground
1 tsp canola oil
Directions
Combine lamb mince, breadcrumbs, egg, KEEN’S mustard powder, salt, garlic powder, allspice and paprika into a large bowl and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 4 patties.
Heat oil in a medium sized fry pan on a medium heat and cook patties for 5-6 minutes each side.
Serving suggestion: Serve the patties with a crisp garden salad and tomato chutney.
