Be Creative

  • Combine 500 g of minced meat of choice and McCormick Australian Native Bush Mint BBQ Spice Rub. Using your hands massage the seasoning into the meat well. Divide into 4 patties and BBQ or pan fry for 3-4 minutes each side or to your degree of doneness.
  • Alternatively slice 2 x chicken breasts in half horizontally and rub McCormick Australian Native Bush Mint BBQ Spice Rub over both sides of sliced chicken fillet and BBQ or pan fry in a lightly greased pan over a MEDIUM-HIGH heat turning once until cooked through. Substitute chicken breast with protein of your choice.
