Combine chicken, McCormick Chives, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Pepper, water chestnuts and fish sauce until well combined.
Place 1 tsp chicken mixture into the centre of each wrapper and pinch together to enclose filling. Repeat with remaining wrappers and chicken mixture.
Fill a wok or deep frying pan with ⅓ oil and heat to high. Carefully cook a few wontons at a time until golden (about 2 minutes). Let cool on paper towels and repeat.
