1/2 cup finely chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves
1/3 cup (80mL) extra virgin olive oil
4 fresh Thai bird's eye chilies, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp (10mL) lemon juice
1 tsp
McCormick Coriander Seeds Ground
1 tsp
McCormick Cumin Ground
1/2 tsp
McCormick Cardamom Ground
1/2 tsp
McCormick Adjustable Grinder Black Peppercorns
1/2 tsp
McCormick Adjustable Grinder Sea Salt
Directions
Place all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and process using the pulse action, until coarsely chopped.
Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavours to develop or until ready to serve.
