Place flour and McCormick Paprika Ground in a bowl, season flour well with McCormick Sea Salt and Black Pepper. Coat steaks in flour mixture and set aside.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium – high heat. Cook steaks for 1 minute each side. Remove from pan and set aside, keeping warm.
Add red onion and mushrooms to pan and cook 3-4 minutes. Gently stir in 1/4 cup (60 mL) water, McCormick Garlic Powder, McCormick Herbs and cream.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes or until sauce thickens. Return steaks to the pan and allow to warm through.
Serve with steamed baby potatoes and beans.
