Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add onion, capsicums and tomato to pan, cook for 2 minutes or until vegetables soften. Add prawns, McCormick Spices and season well with McCormick Sea Salt and Black Pepper. Cook, stirring for 2 minutes until prawns change colour. Set aside and keep warm.
In a small bowl combine the sour cream, lime juice and McCormick Coriander Leaves.
To serve; divide prawn mixture between warmed tortillas, top with diced avocado, a dollop of the coriander sour cream and a squeeze of lime.

For something a little hotter, add McCormick Chilli Flakes to your taste!
