Place the ham on a foil lined baking tray and cover. Place in the oven.
Heat a small frypan to high and toast the McCormick spices and seeds until fragrant. Add the brandy and honey.
After 30 minutes cooking, brush the ham with the glaze on all sides. Recover with foil. Return ham to oven. Repeat this step two more times at 30 minute intervals.
Remove ham from oven and coat with any excess juices, rest for 10 minutes.
