Ingredients
  • 500 g frozen potato gems
  • 1 x 40 g sachet McCormick Scalloped Potatoes
  • 125 ml (½ cup) boiling water
  • ¾ cup (185 mL) cooking cream
  • 425 g can tuna in springwater, drained
  • 400 g frozen mixed vegetables (such as peas, corn & carrot)
  • 100 g (1 cup) pre-grated 3 cheese blend
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 210C/190C fan forced. Arrange potato gems on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes or until crisp. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Place contents of McCormick Scalloped Potatoes Recipe Base sachet in a large jug. Add the boiling water and whisk with a fork until combined. Add the cream and tuna and stir to combine.
  3. Place the vegetables in the base of a 2L (8-cup) baking dish. Pour over the cream mixture. Arrange the potato gems over the top. Sprinkle with the cheese.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
