Place lamb mince, Greek Style Seasoning, breadcrumbs and egg in a large bowl. Using your hands mix everything together until well combined.
Place a tablespoon of mince in your hand, flatten slightly and place a cube of feta the middle, then shape the mince around the cube and roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining mixture and feta cubes.
In a med-large frying pan, heat the oil over a MED-HIGH heat. Place the meatballs in the frypan and cook for 5-7minutes, turning until all sides are brown and cooked through. Cover and cook for 4 minutes. Cook in batches if necessary. Serve with hommus.
