Preheat oven to 200˚ C (180˚ C fan forced). Place milk, butter and flour in a saucepan and cook stirring constantly for 5-8 minutes or until sauce thickens and is smooth.
Fold 1 ½ cups of cheese and 1 ½ tbsp of the seasoning through the sauce followed by the cooked pasta.
Spoon into a lightly greased oven proof dish. Sprinkle over the remaining cheese and Southern Style Seasoning.
