Pre-heat the oven to 220˚C (200˚C fan forced). Toss wings and seasoning together and massage in, coating well.
Place in single layer, on a lined baking tray. Roast for 30 mins or until wings are golden and cooked through.
Recipe Tip
For a vegetarian option, toss flat mushrooms in a little melted butter then add the seasoning, toss and roast (in a hot oven) in a single layer, on a lined baking tray for 20 minutes.
